Behind Books With Busy Hands – A Self-Portrait Series
This self-portrait series represents how mothers are always doing something secondary to their passions, how even when they are immersed in a moment for themselves (which, for me, means reading – hence the book), they’ve got something else going on in their heads. How we multi-task to keep the home afloat while also losing a bit of ourselves in the process of maintaining this busyness. Being “behind the book” also represents the invisible work of motherhood, and the loss of identity when assuming this role.
Claudia of @AwakenedLittleSouls and @SeekingCelestialGrace is a medium and a Canadian mom living in the French Alps. She’s a professionally published and self-published author and spiritual creative.
